I’ve started to use the Windows 10 File History backup process as a replacement of a 3rd party package that became unreliable. I powered on my PC at 9am this morning 24th April and after working on it for over 8 hours noticed that the backup overview states that the last backup was performed on the 21st April the PC has been switched off since then.

I’ve also noticed that if I access a different share on the NAS from the same PC the backup process complains of a credentials problem. On disconnecting from the share and re-adding the credentials within the backup configuration the credentials issue disappears When did you start using the File History, is it on the 21st of April?
