政之助さん あけましておめでとうございます。 品質管理研究所 かおるです。 条件付書式の対策をすでに実施されているのですね。さすがですね。 記入する行や列などの間違いも、実務では、うっかり間違いが発生しやすいポイントですね。 現場でPCを見ながら、急いで、測定値をそのままデータ入力するときなど、特に注意が必要です。 作業者さん自身が、まちがえる可能性があることを認識して、慎重に作業できるかどうかも大切なことですが、 できるだけひとに負担をかけずに、作業や管理ができるようなしかけをうまくつくることが、多くの製造現場での共通課題ですね。 また、小数点等を含む数値の入力は、 大変手間もかかり、間違いやすいので、 検査の記録においては、測定毎にEXCELに自動で記入出力していくような機能をもっている測定機器（厚み測定など）をPCと接続して、自動入力機能を活用している企業もあります。 作業のミス防止と業務時間短縮をかねて、 時代とともに進化した新しい機能もうまく取りいれて、電子化されていくさまざまな記録や判断のミスを防いでいきたいですね。 今年もよい1年になりますことをご期待しています。本年もどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 品質管理研究所 かおる.
