I would suggest you to follow the methods given below and check. I am currently booted from the other copy of Windows that is on HDD. It is working perfectly fine and I am also able to browse the SSD partition and all of its contents. I also ran chkdsk on the drive which reports no errors. I am currently out of ideas. Of course I can format the SSD and install a fresh copy of Windows but that would make me install all of my applications and set everything up all over again which will be a tedious task.
