The laundry has lots of shelving for storage and side yard access. The home is built at the front of the block which makes the rear outside area very spacious with beautiful views looking out over the top of the town. There is a fabulous semi enclosed undercover entertaining area with gabled roof, this leads to the single carport with auto roller door. The back garden is really pretty and leads to a sustainable garden area offering several large trees, lawn areas, implement shed, small garden shed, a small orchard including plum, apple, apricot, lime, mandarin and passionfruit trees and still allows room for the kids to play.
Fantastic established terraced veggie gardens, rain water tanks providing water to the kitchen area and access to bore water for the rest of the house and gardens. Additional features are a 2kw solar system approx. Movie reference books commonly report that Miss Court played the title role in this film, but this is not correct. For example, Danny Peary’s “Cult Movie Stars” states: “For her campiest role, a lead, go back to when she played a sexy, big-breasted alien who is on the procreation prowl in Devil Girl from Mars “. I really enjoyed this movie even though it was kind of a bit off-the-wall for a pirate treasure movie. About as sorry as they come. Bad plot and very poor acting. The action is dull and what you would expect from todays B type movies.
A lot of stuff you don’t want to see or hear. It went in the trash. Good quality. See all reviews. Top reviews from other countries. One has visions of “The Smallest Show On Earth”, where an ageing cinema’s fortunes are turned around. In this film, it is a boat, left abandoned for years and about to be lovingly restored by its new owners.
However, here the similarity ends. There is no humour, only a chilling ghost story, best viewed in a darkened room, with the wind howling outside and a few creaks of the floorboards! It is a good film, with lots of atmosphere and a good story. The new boat is a good buy; it is lovingly restored and taken out to sea, with an experienced crew and an owner who doesn’t believe in ghosties and ghoulies etc.
But he is soon proven wrong, when even he sees the life-like incarnation of a prevous occupant of the boat, in his newly-restored engine room. A grim discovery is made, in the hidden, murky depths of the spare water container perhaps it is a ballast container. I don’t envy the poor blighter who had to open the hatch and peer in! But what of the “First Mate”? Who was he and why did he I won’t spoil the rest.
